  1. I was debating incorporating yoga as I lift weights and want to work on my flexibility, and I already meditate but there you go and post this, which is a lovely thing to do. Thank you so much.

      Yoga is great for ANYONE to get centered, focused and fit. I’ll be getting hubby aboard with me hopefully this week. He’s not a flexible guy in the least. I’m hoping we’ll be doing partner yoga together soon! 🙂
